Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days, while international orders take typically 7–14 business days; customs processing can occasionally extend delivery to 2–4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship within the US and to Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We're here to help. Contact us immediately at jvgems64@yahoo.com with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $55 and Canadian orders over $120.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at jvgems64@yahoo.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions along with a prepaid label for domestic returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The credit will appear in your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available subject to availability. Please note that return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility — we do not provide a prepaid label for exchanges.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry features resin-crete, lampwork glass, Czech glass beads, and natural gemstones. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and quality.
Is resin jewelry durable enough for everyday wear, and how long does it last?
Resin jewelry can be worn regularly with care, but its lifespan depends on how it’s worn and stored; there isn’t a fixed number of years we can promise.
Resin can scratch. Avoid rough surfaces, water, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately in pouches or compartments to help prevent scratches.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking beautiful, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Many of our earrings use nickel-free or hypoallergenic metals, but materials vary by design. Check individual product descriptions or contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.
