Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
To start a return, email us at jvgems64@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label for domestic (US) returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Contact us at jvgems64@yahoo.com to get started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jvgems64@yahoo.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us
- Items returned after the 14-day window
